If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to our company within 14 days at your own expanses. The returned products must be in their original packaging and mustn’t be worn, washed, modified or damaged. The original packaging or any eventual accessories included must be part of the return*.
Because of hygienic reasons stockings mustn’t be worn and must be returned in original packaging with the attached price tag. If they don’t satisfy the requested conditions, they cannot be returned. Either gift paper & laundry bags cannot be returned. We recommend to check precisely the content of the package after received order. If the content of the package is not according to your order, please contact us on: firstname.lastname@example.org or on any social media app that we use. We will immediately find out for you what could possibly go wrong.
* If returned products don’t satisfy above mentioned terms & conditions, Seductive Angels® web-shop reserves the right to refuse the returned products.
You can return panties within the 14 -day return period but according to the hygienic reasons we apply special guidelines in this case:
– Panties can be fitted only when wearing underwear.
– Make sure the panties contain no stains and they are not damaged, washed or worn.
– If the returned panties don’t satisfy above mentioned conditions, Seductive Angels® web-shop reserves the right to refuse the returned panties.
If you have received your order but the size doesn’t suit you perfectly and you would like to exchange your purchase for another size, you can return it to our company and the purchase amount will be refunded. Then you can place a new order choosing the right size.
How can I return an item?
You can return a product within 14 days after purchasing it at your own expenses. Together with the package we kindly require to send us a copy of the invoice. We advise you to keep the proof of shipment until your return and refund will be fully processed. You can return your purchase on:

Eventual complaints about your purchase?
If you are not completely satisfied about the quality of your web-shop purchase or if you have any other complaints or questions, we are ready to help you anytime. Just complete the contact-form on our website or contact us on any social media app that we use.
How long does it take to get my money back?
Processing of a refund can take up to 30 days. The refund will be made through the same payment method that you have used for placing the order. The duration of the processing depends on the bank and credit card company. Unfortunately, we don’t have any influence on this process.
Does Seductive Angels® refund the shipping costs of the return?
If you return a complete order according to our terms & conditions, the total amount including shipping costs will be refunded to your account. The amount of these costs depends on the shipping address. Seductive Angels® doesn’t apply this rule in case of a partial return and will not refund the shipping costs when the returned product doesn’t satisfy the terms & conditions mentioned above.
